A Regional Director of Operations – or Director of Operations plays a critical role in the success of your Retirement Community, Assisted Living Community, CCRC or Skilled Nursing Facility. They are charged with the responsibility of implementing strategic business initiatives, maintain employee morale, achieving the highest resident satisfaction ratings, increasing occupancy, manage business expenses, oversee compliance with state and local investigators and improving net operating income.

Finding and keeping the right person in this position can be challenging at best. There are times when the individual in this position is a perfect fit, those certainly are fortunate times.
