Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Administrator

We are convinced, without a doubt – operating a skilled nursing home (SNF) is the most difficult challenge in the long term care industry.

Regulatory initiatives, state and federal funding shortfalls, staffing challenges, census decreases, resident and family dynamics – these issues and more hit us from all sides.

SNF’s cannot afford to be without a solid leader even for one day. An astonishing 57% of nursing homes in the Unites States will change their administrator each year (The Gerontologist 2006).

Steve Anderson has been a licensed nursing home operator since 1991 and is available for interim administrator assignments in the states of Washington (NHA# 1754) and California (NHA# 7077). He has successfully operated nursing homes for Beverly Healthcare for approximately ten years – achieving four deficiency free annual licensing surveys, a Federal Look Behind Survey and received five Awards of Excellence among other honors and awards. Mr. Anderson was also responsible for the operations of four Eskaton skilled nusing facilities in Sacramento and was the licensed administrator for Eskaton at Manzanita.

Mr. Anderson is an astute operator with the sophistication that comes with years of service and experience.
